Method
A morning ritual worth waking up for. The ghee smooths the coffee; the palm jaggery adds a caramel base note.

Warm the tumbler.

Add the palm jaggery to the hot milk and stir until dissolved.

Add the decoction, pour between tumbler and davara to froth.

Finish with a spoonful of ghee. Sip slowly.
