Origin

Direct from our farms in South India

Our cane is grown by farmer families we have worked with for years. It is crushed within hours of cutting, clarified only with bhindi sap (a traditional method our grandmothers used), and reduced over shallow open fires until it sets in perfect amber blocks. Every batch is made by hand, in tiny quantities. Every block carries the story of the harvest that made it.
