Damage on arrival
If any part of your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours at hello@palmandpestle.in. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.
Quality issues
If a product doesn't taste or look as it should, write to us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for the batch number printed on the label.
Opened jars
For food-safety reasons, opened jars can be returned only in the case of a verified quality issue. All jaggery and country sugar are natural products; small variation in colour and texture is normal.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. UPI and card refunds are typically instant to 48 hours.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until they are packed. Once packed (usually within 24 hours) they are non-cancellable but still returnable if there is a genuine issue.
